1. Find a source of extreme noise so loud that people 30 feet away won’t hear what it is u r shouting (e.g. behind a passenger jet about to take off, beside a moving train, stereo full blast!, etc.)
2. As the noise reaches it’s peak, just go crazy. Shout all of ur obscenities & let ur anger flow towards the direction of the noise. jump up & down if you have too. it helps to include ur body too.
3. Smile, then, if possible, repeat steps 1 and 2 until u get tired

Like playing games? Ever tried emulators and roms? Emulators imitate a gaming system such as a Nintendo or Playstation. Roms act as the games. I used to download several old Nintendo games. My new Poison is No$ GBA. It is an emulator for the new Nintendo DS. It is the best emulator so far. DS means dual screen. In the bottom screen you get to use a stylus, but in the case of emulators you just use the mouse. You can download it from this website:
http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/gba/nocashgba.html
2 roms I recommend & work well w/ this emulator are:

Pokemon Diamond or Pearl (raise pokemon as a male or female trainor)
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (examine evidence for contradictions in a witness’ testimony, interview people, investigate crime scenes, & give the prosecutor a hard time)
Other games may not be able to save game data, but there will eventually be someday an emulator which will allow all games to play and save data.
To find these roms as well as hundreds of others you can go here:
http://www.nds-roms.com
Games are marked by region:
(U) means USA
(J) means Japan
(E) Europe I think
(F) Foreign or Australia I think
anyways the only games I trust to download are marked (U) or (E).
Pokemon Diamond is the same as Pokemon Pearl except a select few pokemon will not show up in it’s counterpart game. Unless you trade them through a wi-fi transfer, which I think is not yet possible with the current emulator. I play Pokemon Diamond.

My most recent poison. Korean Title: “Manyeo Yoo Hee (마녀 유 희)” meaning “witches amusement.” English Title: Witch Yoo Hee. I recently visited a forum discussing “Hello Aegishi vs. Witch Yoo Hee.” My Girl & Witch Yoo Hee have the same director (Director Jeon Ki Sang, 전 기 상), hence the comparing of the 2 titles. The opinions of the people in the forum said that this drama was funnier and that “Hello Miss” was quite boring. I did not think it was boring at all, but then again I am just a die-hard Lee Da Hae(이다햬) fan, so I decided to watch it. It is a pretty exciting comedy about a high-ranking businesswoman, Han Ga-In (한가인) from Super Rookie, who is really like a witch and can’t get the men whom she has blind dates with to like her. The lead male is a guy, Jae Hee (재히),who aspires to be a famous french chef because of his amazing sense of taste, but he has yet to find his opportunity to shine. The half-western, half-korean Dennis O is also in this one, portraying a famous and handsome(bleh!) chef named Johnny Kruger. Johnny Kruger!? It sounds like he has knives on his hands. If you’ve seen Sweety Spy, you ‘d notice that he speaks korean with an accent signifying that he’s used to speaking English. In dramas & movies, they have him speaking Hanglish…hahaha. It’s really nice to watch. Watch it online at:

I haven’t had this much fun watching a TV series since actress Lee Da Hae’s last hit comedy series, "My Girl." Maybe that’s because she’s also the star in this one! Yehey!!! Woohoo! (^,^) It’s so nice to watch her act cute and childish. And there are just as much arguments and awkward moments like in "My Girl," so if you loved her in that show, you better watch this, OR ELSE YOUR DEAD, GOT IT!? Just kidding… hehehe (^,^) Aigoo, how nice it would be if I could end up with someone with such a perfect face, body, & complexion, right? But it’s not happening in this lifetime, that’s for sure. And if it does, then somethings probably wrong. Anyway if you want to know what it’s about you can go here: http://www.hancinema.net/korean_drama_Hello_v__Miss.php
The English Title is "Hello Miss!" but the actual Korean Title is "Hello Aegisshi!" which means "Hello Baby!" (^,^) Baby is her nickname throughout most of the drama.
If you want to watch episodes of the drama for free of charge, you can go to: http://www.dailymotion.com and search for it. Each episode is divided into segments which may vary from 4-8 parts. There are about 15 episodes. So if you have a lot of free time on your hands, you should check it out. It’s so cute.

http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/medical/amybruce.asp
This is the website that proves that there is no 7-year-old Amy Bruce dying of lung cancer. It is and always has been a hoax since the year 1999. Today, I received a message that the dying girl would receive exactly 7 cents towards an operation from the Make-A-Wish Foundation each time the message was forwarded. Something struck me as odd and that’s when I realized what was staring me in the face. It’s NOT REAL! Question: "How in the hell would the Make-A-Wish Foundation know how many times an edit-able message was forwarded when it’s circling friendster without some software attached to it?" I began to put 2 and 2 together, and searched on yahoo for "Amy Bruce," and immediately found the site above declaring the message to be a practical joke…
It reminds me of a file I once found. It claimed that you could hack into any e-mail account. The procedure states that in order for you to get the password, you have to send YOUR e-mail address and YOUR password to an e-mail address supposedly automatically run by the e-mail server’s machine. Luckily, I got suspicious and realized what was really going on. A really smart person typed that file and created the e-mail address to receive other people’s accounts and passwords, turning wannabe hackers into the hackees. People have been using similar methods to access bank accounts and commit identity theft. Don’t get fooled.

Peter has the best powers hands down. On the otherhand, he just can’t choose which powers not to absorb. I think it would have been cool if he had absorbed Sylar’s other abilities before his demise. Super memory, super hearing, freezing stuff, liquifying metal (not really that cool because the original owner of that ability couldn’t touch anything metal), eating brains (no way! not cool..) Now, if he had absorbed Molly Walker’s ability, he probably wouldn’t even know that he did, right?
Oh, and Hayden Panettiere is so awesome! Who’s your daddy?! Bennet or Petrelli? Hehehe

05*29*07; 0200hrs
Being in America, It feels like being Superman without his powers. No money, no girl, and no going out after dark. The last one’s because I don’t have any friends here…yet, no license to drive…yet, and anything can happen at anytime in a neighborhood as bad as the one my family lives in. Just yesterday around 2:30pm, someone smashed my uncle’s passenger side window right in front of our house, so they could steal his GPS device. We caught the moron on tape from our surveilance camera, but it still doesn’t make this neighborhood a nice place to live. Sometimes ignorant people will think that just because we’re Asian that we don’t know the word "police." Big mistake. Had it not been for the camera, we would have been helpless in that situation.
Other times, I think and feel that I am a powerless, worthless Clark Kent in this country. Maybe it’s because I haven’t decided which fortune 500 company I wanna work for. Google is number 1 this year, but I guess I’d have to read up on alot of programming books. Mom has a bizarre idea of putting me into law school next year. But if she’s paying, then of course I’ll do it.
I know I’ll sound a lot like an old-timer when I say this but…When I was in the Philippines, I felt like I had powers better than superman’s. I had a car while I was in college. Even my older brother didn’t have that luxury. Plus, since he graduated allowance money would only be divided between two instead of three, which meant there was alot of extra cash. I never saved a centavo of it, but I kept a just-in-case fund in case certain emergencies would arise. Emergencies did arise. People often came to me, in case they were short of cash for anything, loans mostly while some other ungratefuls turned into write-offs.
As soon as I was done with any important stuff for the day, I’d end my day with a few drinks, sometimes more than a few, and sometimes alone. I often preferred to be alone because it meant that I could spend less and sleep earlier. Most of the time I often had to sleep early because of the curfew. Although the compound of the boarding house was in my family’s name, I was denied a key. Luckily during my senior year, I discovered a secret way to open the front gate. Unfortunately by this time, late nights were no longer my style. However, there were instances when that secret method has helped me to enjoy life as a nocturnal on 1 occasion or another.
Nothing could stop me from what I wanted to do… But then… IT finally happened. I graduated. There comes a time time in a man’s life when he wakes up and suddenly realizes… "It’s time to go to work." It’s that phase right before the "No-more-foolishness-because-your-a-dad-now phase." Unlessof course, you did the dad part first. Hehehe
